When Jackson locals refer to the West Bank, they are referring to the towns on the west side of the Snake River. West Bank North includes the Teton Pines, the Aspens, and Teton Village along Highway 390, also known as the Village Road or Moose Wilson Road.

To get to the Village Road from Jackson, head west along Highway 22. Just after crossing the Snake River, you will come upon a traffic light. Turn right onto Highway 390, entering West Bank North.

Three miles from the traffic light you will come upon the Teton Pines and the Aspens. The Teton Pines is a country club with a golf course, swimming pools, and restaurants. It also serves as a gated community for wealthy homeowners. Weddings and reunions are commonly held in the country club banquet rooms. The Aspens contain a business district as well as a residential area. Among the businesses you will find are restaurants, real estate brokers, a flower shop, travel agency, and grocery store. The residential area contains primarily clusters condominiums.

Located about 4 miles further north along Highway 390 is Teton Village.  "The Village," as it is referred to by locals, is home to the Jackson Hole Mountain Resort, as well as several restaurants, ski shops, ritzy hotels, and a gas station. You will also find luxury homes tucked along the north end of the ski slopes as well as behind the southern most ski runs.

Continuing north from the Village brings you to an entrance of Grand Teton National Park. Eventually turning into dirt, this road brings you closest to Granite and Death Canyons, and continues on to Moose.
